Yes. EIL engineers perform approved physical tasks in Sydney and Melbourne data centres, and
across our
other Australian metro markets, on behalf of remote network, server, storage and infrastructure
teams.

EIL provides onsite support across multi vendor environments covering servers, network, storage,
security,
fibre, copper and physical infrastructure. Environments may include technologies from Dell
Technologies,
HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, NetApp,
IBM, Pure
Storage and other enterprise infrastructure vendors.
Does EIL provide rack and stack services?
Yes. EIL supports rack and stack, equipment installation, de racking, cabling, labelling,
connectivity
validation and associated deployment activities.
Can EIL do fibre testing in Australian data centres?
Yes. Subject to project requirements and resource availability, EIL supports OLTS, OTDR, VFL,
fibre
inspection, bidirectional testing and polarity validation, with documented results.
Can EIL support multiple Data Centres under one contract?
Yes. EIL's field service operating model is designed to support multi location and multi country
environments under centralised service governance, including interstate programs across
Australia.
